Its been a while sence last post but we are in outage at work 12hrs a day 7 days a week, makes it real hard to work on the buggy. I have still been rounding up parts though, just got the new radiator and fans and will be ordering gears this week (blew up the rear end for the second time high). outages suck because i work for 8 weeks straight but makes it possiable to upgrade parts! I am now thinking of upgrading my fuel system to be more race freindly just in case i get a wild hair up the ass and decide to make a few races. If all goes well i will be be back in the shop mid to late march stay tuned.

I suck i know the buggy got put on the back burner for a while, but i did get a 2009 mb sports b52 tricked out. this made for a summer to remember havasu, powell, and all most every weekend at navajo. all is good though the wife gave me the ok to upgrade my parts list, 2.5 king coilovers(very nice), new fuel cell(race ready), all new coolers(tranny-steering), wilwood masters&pedal. My goal is to break her in at easter jeep safari 2012, If i dont make this date my crew will never let me live it down.

well shes finaly a roller (if i put the front axel back together), because of a th400 and the motor moved back i only have a 25" drive line @ a 110" wb. The 16" kings in the rear max out the u joints with a hp rear (no cv), but its going to work. 14" kings in front with a two piece front drive line.

I like how the seat mounts turned out, main bar is removable to access tranny and t-case. still working with ideas how the floor will lay out (never built floors like this, hoping i will be able to make it all flat work).

Iam going to outsource my exhaust work so I need to finish all the motor accessories so he can work around everything. these headers are going to be trickie, if i want to be done by moab outsourcing exhaust is a must. I have never built headers nor can i tig (don't even have a tig machine) when people look at a motor headers are what make them look good, mine would work but would look like a newbie buggered some headers together. flowing lines would not be found and would take me way to long to build. I will some day tackle a set of custom headers.

nice irish… so what is the final belly height when every thing is charged? what is the wheel base? What kind of crazy ass tires are in dubs shop behind your buggy? What wrong with old craftsmanship.. your trailer looks like it is missing a few piece.

Thanks guys, ride height belly 19"-20"(depends on the material I use for belly skid) wheel base 112". Watch out moab here comes the 667!
B those tire are bfg 35" short course tires (cool looking and really make the buggys scream compaired to a 39" krawler)
